Roland Bladadze doesn’t share statements made by the independent entities

24 September, 2015

The legal group of the Georgian NGO Young Barristers appeals to the representatives of the different civic groups and asks them to be more careful while making comments about the disputed property owned by Giorgi Papuashvili. During the interviews concerning Roland Bladadze’s property, they intentionally or unintentionally make mistakes and evaluations inconsistent with the reality.   As long as Roland Bladadze’s case is a subject of public interest, it is essential, that society received only genuine information about it. In particular, in the newspaper article published in “Alia” on September 24, 2015, it is stated, that “Protest rallies for Papuashvili’s eviction from the real estate are starting”. The newspaper says as if the terms of limitation over Bladadze’s case has expired. It also says, as if Court proceeding over the case is in progress now and Mr. Bakuridze, the respondent, states that as soon as the proceeding is over, he will personally ensure eviction of Papuashvili from Bladadze’s property.” Moreover, the respondent further states that “our (as if talks on behalf of Bladadze) main demand is that Giorgi Papuashvili resigned and left Bladadze’s property, or we will do this by force” (the style is preserved).” It is also noted in the article that Giorgi Papuashvili hopes, that his ugly foreign partners will help him” (the style is preserved.)

Young Barristers id authorize to state on behalf of the Bladadze’s family, that are against any kind of defamatory statements and violence against the President of the Constitutional Court. The organization and Roland Bladadze have frequent communication with Diplomatic corps and international institutions. Our foreign partners also consider, that justice regarding illegal confiscations should be restored. We one more time indicate, that we do not share and are not involved in the  protest rallies carrying elements of violence, which are being  held in front of Papaushvili’s place of residence and which undermines the case. only legal representatives of Roland Bladadze’s legal interests, Archil Kaikatsishvili and Nana Tsuladze are authorized to talk to the society about factual and legal circumstances of the case. Accordingly, statements made by certain individuals cannot always be correct and they defiantly are not authorized by Mr. Bladadze.
