On December 28, 2020, the organization “Young Barristers” will provide the public with a summary report of the activities done in 2020. Due to the restrictions imposed to eradicate the coronavirus, the organization fully changes the format of a summary report and the rules of rewarding, which will end without guests.

The report of the activities done by the organization “Young Barristers”  will be presented to the public by a special form, which will be posted on the electronic page and the social network Facebook, on December 28, 2020, at 19:00. Definitely from that program the society will get acquainted with the nominations and nominees of 2020. Also, through the same channels the video clip and publication reflecting the activities of the organization will be published.

The summary event is the traditional and main event of the organization, which was founded in 2014. In addition to summarizing the activities of 2020, “Young Barristers” will also award the representatives of the court, the public and private sectors, media organizations and the journalistic corps.

The organization will mark out the well-deserved role of the professional circle and the institutions, which performed their duties and responsibilities in a good faith during the year, whilst cooperating with the organization or in the conditions of high public trust.

According to the decision of the executive team of the organization, 13 journalists will receive the honorary award – “Protector of Free Speech – 2020”. In addition, the nominees will be revealed in the following traditional awards: “The public court instantion”, “the most open public agency”, “award for the best cooperation and institutional dialogue”, “the most communicable agency”, “for the best service of the year”, “youth idea support”, “for the balanced and trustworthy information”, “the public voice”, and “open society supporter”, and the nomination of the “Friend of the organization” will be given to the person, who is the closest to the value of “Young Barristers” and has an experience of a special cooperation with us.
