The organization “Young Barristers” on the case of Phremiszl Anton’s minor child, who are both EU and Czech citizen, a Czech businessman living in Georgia, with prior knowledge, for faking the facts, against the Vake-Saburtalo Regional Centre Senior Social Worker/Acting Head Nino Iobashvili, LEPL Agency for State Care and Assistance for the (Statutory) Victims of Human Trafficking Tbilisi -Social Service Agency Saburtalo / Vake Regional Center division’s head Giorgi Kupreishvili and Mtsketa-Mtianeti Regional Centre psychologist Shorena Maisuradze, for their side, during excercising state authority, to put responsibility for their unlawful actions, the General Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia has been addressed.
According to the head of “Young Barristers”, the representative of Phremiszl Anton, Archil Kaikatsishvili, unfortunately, Social Service Agency has followed the way of falsifying the documents and circumstances. After the fact, when Phremiszl Anton, publicly exposed the mentioned officials on their misconduct, they started to in hidden way support Phremiszl Anton’s wife, Olivia Antony and started the campaign against the father, in order to make documentation, which shows, that Phremiszl Anton is allegedly violator, untrustworthy person and has no ability to assess his actions. Therefore, considering the interests of Olivia Antony, due to the confirmed fact, that the minor, based on the Tbilisi City Court decision, for 30 days was illegally separated with her mother, Nino Iobashvili, through formal legal proceedings, started the process of illegally creating the so-called evidences.
On July 6, 2020, by the Mtsketa-Mtianeti Regional Centre Psychogolist Shorena Maisuradze, the document was prepared,which descirebs, that from 11 June the minor is changed radically - her physical, mental and emotional condition is destroyed, express neutral behavior between the father and grandmother, the organic attachment towards the mother is shown, the minor has fears, slow motor actions, depression, logoneurosis. The psychologist comes to the conclusion, Phremiszl Anton Premysl Antony makes extremely negative pressure on his child, the fathers actions, behavior indicates to the non-dignified attitude towards the child, but the document, which was made Shorena Maisuradze, is based on fake information, serves to enforce the claim, stated by Olivia Antony’s 25 May 2020 letter towards the Social Service Agency, which aims to deprive the father his parental rights and obligations.
“Shorena Maisuradze has faked the document, as between Nino Iobashvili and Olivia Antony there is close, non-official, friendly and case-supportive relationship. Nino Iobashvili towards Phremiszl Anton, first of all, acts with revenge motives, as of around the scope of dispute, between them there have been many disagreements. Phremiszl Anton will today provide the investigation agency all the reports done by Nino Iobashvili on the case, also submit all the letters, which in seriatim way reflected the misconductions and inaccuracies, which caused significant discomfort for Nino Iobashvili. Nino Iobashvili and together with her, the agency’s head of legal maintenance department, judicial representation and enforcement’s head, Giorgi Kupreishvili, act in accordance with Olivia Antony. They with a joint plan came against Phremiszl Anton. They aimed to discredit the caring father, who is innocent, fear and highly honest, to discredit his rights and interests, on which we will stand against with the truth” – said Archil Kaikatsishvili
On June 2, 2020, the Vake-Saburtalo Police 4th Division’s representatives, led by investigator Giorgio Nanava, with the psychologist and social worker, appeared on the living address of Phremiszl Anton, in order to question the baby. According to the questioning protocol, a) the baby confirms, that she lives at Iosebidze street with her mother and father, b) the minor confirms, that her grandmother treats her well, c) the minor confirms, that her father treats her well and doesn’t bother, provides her with social needs, d) the minor confirms that she has Georgian friends, meets them at house, therefore, is adapted, e) the minor confirms, that the father and the grandmother does cook for her; f) the minor explains, that she loves mother, but doesn’t miss her and doesn’t recall her; h) the minor confirms, that the mother physically violates on the father, the mother makes her angry and therefore, doesn’t miss her.
Definitely, against the above mentioned testimony, Shorena Maisuradze made report, where in the child’s name it is explained the defamation and fake information. Because, as of 2 June 2020, there is no kind of document in the case, which in any way indicates Phremiszl Anton’s violation of fairness, both in legally or morally way, Shorena Maisuradze’s document makes the next step for Nino Iobashvili and Social Service Agency to act against the father.
Phremiszl Anton will fully submit to the Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia, in order to assess Shorena Maisuradze’s report as against of the law, all the reports done by Nino Iobashvili and the child’s clinic Psychologist, Natia Tsereteli, around the case, during 2019-2020 year. The Prosecutor’s office should dynamically assess the minor’s psycho-emotional state, contacts, perceptivity, moods and go to the conclusion, whether the circumstances provided by Shorena Maisuradze;s report true or what happened during the period of time when the minor was with her mother, from 2 June 2020, that made the minor disordered, when Olivia Antony was brought the baby from Phremiszl Anton active, full of life and standouted by her interests. Moreover, based on 7 July, 2020 Mtskheta-Mtianeti Regional Centre Social Worker Irine Lashauri’s report, the minor’s psycho-emotional state doesn’t raises questions. There is no argument, what happened after 11 June, when Shorena Maisuradze is entered in the case. Therefore, the case materials indicate, that psychologist Maisuradze’s report has been written by the instructions of Nino Iobashvili. It is expected, that the same essence document will be prepared by the so-called interview of the minor, as Nino Iobashvili firstly fullfiled her purpose – gave the minor to Olivia Antony, and now has to make the joint task of punishing Phremiszl Anton.
In the presented case, Phremiszl Anton justifies, that there is unlawful act presented, where there is abuse of official authority against the public interest, exceeding the official authority, from the expert during administrative proceedings there is fake report submitted to Social Service Agency, which essentially violates Phremiszl Anton’s, as citizen’s, the legal representative of minor and itself, the minor’s interests, requires immediate inspection and implementing investigative actions.
