The organization “Young Barristers”, based on the analysis of their own presented cases, states out, that the statistics of divorce, probably, can be much higher, as we have 2 circumstances for that: the parties do not address the court and the registration body and the rate of family disputes arising from unregistered marriages can be also seen.

The above mentioned rate is a result of a number of social factors, but, what is most notably is, that the divorce rate is also high among the younger generation. The reasons can be formulated in that way: early marriage and the lack of responsibility during managing the family processes, third party’s interference during living together, domestic violence, facts of jealousy and betrayal, personal incompatibility. According to the cases in charge, the initiator of divorcement, mostly, is woman.
